So I ordered Gillies today. I got a medium Canadian pizza, a buffalo chicken poutine and a small fries. First impression when I retrieved by food was that the poutine looked small for the price but then I opened up the box and it was beautifully loaded right to the top! Sigh of relief. The fries alone are remarkable, they are like a cross breed between Wendy's and A&W but better. I would've preferred them a little more crispy but they could've gotten a little soggy during the delivery. Then I tried the poutine. It's a pretty decent poutine. The chicken was juicy, the cheese was completely melted so take that into consideration if you are looking for Montreal cheese curds look somewhere else. I don't care either way but they do load it with cheese so you get an official cheese pull! Now for the pizza, I decided to get the sweet pizza sauce instead of the traditional. I'm glad I did. It's like stromboli's but actually tasty. The cheese to sauce ratio is okay, I would've preferred more cheese though. That crust is a bite of delight. However it is a floppy pizza. So if you don't like floppy pizza's this ain't for you. Next time I'll have to try it in the restaurant to get a sense of the service and atmosphere. Till next time!

Food was really good when we first started going here, but the past few times, our pizza has been way overcooked and there's been little to no sauce. Pretty stingy on meat toppings as well. Their pizza sauce is fantastic though.

First time ever trying gillies tonight. I got the loaded perogy panzerotti. Let me tell you absolutely amazing! I only got a small but it was definitely enough that I have left overs. Definitely didn’t know what I was missing now having tried gillies!

10/10 pizza and the wings were amazing and the choices of sauces are legendary. Can’t wait to order again
