If there was less than a star I'd give it. Your driver refused to make a delivery to my house on 12/14 through the Purchasing Power program. He never followed protocol to call 30 minutes in advance. I missed his call and called him back 9 minutes later (timestamp proof). He said he already left and can not complete the delivery. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and lazy. He claimed his name was Johnny and the area code of his number is 203. I am going to cancel my order and just buy direct from the company. Your level of service is pitiful.

Driver showed up unscheduled. Didn't ring doorbell. Dropped item on driveway and tried to leave. I ran out and asked if they could help move it into garage, since it weighs 350+ lbs and needs a forklift. Driver said ok and just walked to cab of truck and left. Completely unprofessional and rude. I am not surprised to find abysmal reviews of this company.

The worst experience I have ever had! Three attempts at delivery based on their policy that they didn’t adhere to. I lost three days of work trying to get my delivery and they let me know they couldn’t care less. 1st attempted was a 4 hour delivery time slot in which they came outside of the scheduled time then refused to come back for the time slot they provided! 2nd attempt was 8am to 4pm with a 30min advanced call BEFORE coming and no one called. 3rd attempt was 8am - 12pm with a 30 min prior call. Instead they called approx 1 1/2 hrs LATE with only a (15 ) min arrival time. The call center staff who does the scheduling was unprofessional, not knowledgeable and unconcerned. The drivers were a cross between rude and unprofessional. I will not order with anyone using this company again! I will cancel the order if i find out it’s with them!!!!!

Completely incompetent. They delayed my scheduled Amazon delivery, I canceled the delivery both with their representative as well as Amazon.. and the delivery showed up days later anyway. Now I’ve got to spend my time having it picked up & shipped back. Do NOT use.
