My son has been asking me to take him to Cora for breakfast. We went today but he couldn't even eat. The potatoes and pancake were burned. I mentioned it to them, but the replacement was same. We couldn't eat and still I was charged the same amount. Never going back.

We went today just before 1, our waitress was super awesome and kind. We loved the smoothie and I thought the French toast and sausages for my side. Strawberry was a lovely touch to the smoothie. I asked the waitress about if it was Cora in the photo near our booth just out of curiosity so that was very interesting, a lovely touch too. Looking forward to going back.

As an established breakfast chain in Canada, I really don't think it should serve food like this. Clean food is the most basic respect for customers! I went during off-peak hours to add coffee and I had to wait for a waiter to pass by to apply. No complaints, just disappointed.

Overall, ok. Areas for improvement include time to refresh the decor a bit. For example, seating is old and cracked, and cleaning needs to be done on the booths. Can be reached with a vacuum. Eating where cleaning isn't a priority speaks to the overall experience. Fabric needs to be cleaned also.
