Rome kaf4Majority of their products are fantastic! Really hard to buy from a retail store and very slow to receive if ordered directly from them. This is the main reason why I switched to another brand that was easy to purchase. It is really a tragedy that such a great product line has such terrible distribution and availability. The customer service is clueless, can’t answer a basic question without sending a defensive 4 paragraph email thanking you for your patience. Do they not understand that by the time you’ve contacted them your patience has already evaporated because the website failed?
