Great service as usual, mystery car turned out to be Peugeot 308 SW GT, a pleasure to drive, great spec, quite a few cosmetical damages, but all come handy with photos and description showing in App for each damage. On return, dropped the key at the desk, received clean report once landed at my destination, quick & painless. Thanks! PS. The car even had Sixt branded ice & snow removers, I've been saying that's needed for years, finally heard my feedback, grazie!

This is, without a doubt, the most disgraceful and unprofessional car rental branch in all of Europe. Upon returning the vehicle, staff deliberately avoid performing any inspection in your presence — a clear setup to later fabricate damage claims. Then, after 7 to 10 days, they send you an email accusing you of causing extensive and absurd damages, demanding outrageous payments for issues you are not responsible for. This kind of predatory behavior is not only unethical but borders on criminal fraud. I strongly urge that this branch be reported to all relevant European regulatory bodies, with the objective of having their operating license permanently revoked. Customers should be warned to stay far away from this location.

The worst company. We rented a car in Poland from the Sixt store at the airport through Booking (thankfully). Except that we rented another one, they brought us another one. The employee didn't even come to show us where it was and how to tell us if it had any dents, he just told us where to go to pick it up from the office. Now about the dents he said they would send us an email the next day. We took a video in the rain and cold on our own so we would have something to say. In the first five minutes we got it, we found out that the windshield had a crack. We also took a video of it along with the time and date. The next day in the afternoon they sent us an email about the dents and on top of that we also replied about the dent we had seen with a photo and video. Despite this, the day after our return, they asked us for an unrealistic amount of 1100 euros for the cracked windshield. No matter how many emails we sent, they said that we did it. Unfortunately, we paid for it. But let's be good about booking that we paid extra insurance for coverage and after we sent them the payment receipts, they returned our money back. AND AGAIN SHAME ON Sixt and in Poland but also here in Greece that we called them and they told us in the south they can't do anything. SHAME SHAME. PS. They better close their grocery store that tries in such a way to indirectly charge you for other people's damages to restore it and if they fixed it and didn't charge it again to someone else to make money. SHAME
