Worst experience I have ever had with the owner Kacie Sisco. I booked an appointment with the owner for my daughter to go blonde from brunette, she started foiling the back section my daughters hair and had to take the foils off before they processed due to an instant chemical burn on her scalp. Before the service was started we had informed her of the products we used and the exposure to well water, she never did a strand test to see how the bleach would react in her hair. She charged me $500 just for her hair, was argumentive and refused to refund a $50 waxing fee due to the non refund policy, which she didn't tell me when i purchased $264.00 worth of Eufora products, after several hours of being told that i wouldn't be refunded a service i did not receive,did not want and had to threaten legal action, she then refunded the $50.00 and told us we were not allowed to get anymore services at her salon. We were blamed and shamed for the products we used outside of the salon, described our salon experience at her salon and spa as made difficult with attitude towards her. After she attempted to fix it,she still had dark roots and yellow hair that PURE BLISS SALON fixed her hair.

I had a great experience with Paiton! She did a phenomenal job and explained clearly what my hair type is. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with welcoming faces. Do keep in mind there isn't much of a waiting area. I showed up about 15 minutes early, and as far as I saw there were only two chairs in the front to wait at. So I recommend showing up relatively close to your appointment time. I had a great time here though, and highly recommend coming here!

Kacie just called me because I wasn’t happy about no verbal communication about the 3% charge card price. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. She explained that I must have missed the desk signage, or the e-mail notification. She then went ahead and said that I seem unhappy about everything else. Jailyn colored and cut my hair for the first time and I wasn’t especially pleased about the color, but decided to let her cut and color me again, and explained to her that I hardly even noticed the effects and would like to go lighter. She explained that she didn’t have much control over how well my hair would take color. I wasn’t back with her to argue, and stated so, and that I have been getting professional color for many years and would like a lighter shade. She cut, colored and did a wonderful, professional job. Thanks Jailyn, but because of Kacie giving me a back-handed and insincere call, it’s best I take my business elsewhere. Sincerely, a relatively new resident from Ann Arbor, P. F.
