Usually this location serves good drinks, however this morning was different. I ordered the new Strawberry Colada because they made it look so good in the picture! To then get this? There was no real strawberries in it, only replaced with strawberry syrup, which then sunk to the bottom of my drink. I additionally had ordered it with their strawberry popping boba and when my drink was handed to me, that was also missing. I told the gal if she could add it for me since I did order it that way. It taste nothing and looks nothing like the picture. To be honest, I don’t even think the sweet cream was added. This is honestly disappointing. Ugh and I paid $10.45 for this? Yeah…not sure if I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Haily and Elena are the best! They’re always so nice and friendly and make my day every time I stop by. They always get my coffee perfectly right every single time! Their energy and attention to detail really stand out. Definitely my favorite crew at Dutch Bros! 💙☕️

They say you can use your own cup but they don't follow the right procedure and end up using MORE disposable cups that way. We told the person taking our order we had our own cups, they marked it on the order. We got to the window and made sure they knew we had our own cup and they said "we still need to make it in one of our cups." We explained that this is not true because the procedure we have been informed of is that they are supposed to make it in a pitcher and pour it into the customer's mug to avoid wasting the disposable cup, and they said "OK." Then someone else came up and said, "I see you have your own cups." That same person left and came back with Red Bull in 1 disposable cup and the drizzle for the rebel in another disposable cup. We said "but we have our own cup" and he said "oh, it's no big deal, I was going to pour it into your cup." I said it was a big deal because we were very clear that we did not want to waste a disposable cup. He said "no one told me." I said "it's on the screen." He looked up and said "huh, I guess it is." This may have not been so upsetting if this didn't happen 95% of the time. Dutch Bros is so wasteful and most of their staff does not care and is very rude about people bringing their own cups.

I have been coming to this Dutch my entire life and it is amazing every time. All of the employees take the time to get to know you, ask about your day, and boost your mood. The drinks are always amazing. This is my favorite Dutch location. Lida and Ryli especially are SO sweet and do the most to give a great experience every time. 🩷Give these amazing people some raises 🙏
