This airport is VERY tiny and understaffed. We arrived to this airport around midnight and were promised a rental car, regardless of what time we arrived. Well, when we got there, none of the rental car companies were opened, so we had to get a taxi after calling the different car rental companies for 30 minutes. When we arrived to the airport the morning before the flight, security wasn’t even there yet! The airport did have a small cafe and gift shop for souvenirs, which was really neat. The prices for the souvenirs wasn’t too bad either. The lady working at the café was a sweetheart. After we got through security, everything else was pretty smooth and quick. Keep in mind, this airport ONLY flies to/from Chicago and Denver! The airlines I know of are United Airlines, I am not sure if there are any others. Overall, the service here wasn’t too bad, except having to wait for security to show up and the issue with the rental car.

Got at the airport at 5am not one person to be found. The whole airport was empty without worker. Once they open 7am the white lady that attended me with short hair blonde was rude and now that I think about it kinda racist. I was holding my mother bags and I went to place them in the chair . When my mother approach to speak with the lady at the front desk , lady at the desk seemed annoyed that my mother didn’t speak English. I heard and approached her, try to translate, but from then on the racist lady wouldn’t look at us at all and her tone was off like she was annoyed, which mind you all we wanted to ask her is one question and is was how or where I would get my mom a wheelchair. After me came a pale white blue eyes man with his wife and 4 kids and the racist lady was all talking to them nicely and laughing with them . Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr never again I rather have my mother pick up in Omaha .
