I am only giving the three stars for the products, this is the worst establishment I had to deal with in every aspect but the most infuriating thing is their customer service and communication in general. They don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp, don’t give a delivery date it took 5 days for my order order to be delivered with no heads up only contacted by the driver about 30 minutes before he arrived .4 items were missing and one was switched to other item of course without informing me and they were all in stock on the website. This is the second time I order, The first time I canceled due to them basically ignoring me and I was about to cancel this one too but the delivery guy contacted me the day of.

THIEVES !!!! WORST SHOP TO ORDER FROM The worst shop to shop from…placed an order 1 week now And nothing is delivered paid in full with credit card and nothing os delivered so far They keep lying day by day Worst customer service i have ever seen Update: i need my money back you thieves …i don’t know how you operate such buisness with dishonesty…..not delivering for 1 week plus an the day you deliver the rider leaves coz he ddnt get parking and you are refusing to refund!!

I ordered twice with this company and the products are legit south korean and absolutely delicious. Delivery to be extended it might happen but when you want quality you must give it some time to be delivered. Highly recommend the beverages . The taste is very good.

I hope there's a review for minus star! Last year me and my friend ordered very essential ingredients for celebrating holiday diner and they didn't deliver without telling in advance so our celebration was a bit ruined. And after 1 year I had a hope that they might be improved and I was so wrong. This morning I got the message saying my order will be delivered today hence I stayed home all day to pay in cash to the delivery guy and just now they simply sent a text message it got cancelled and they will do tomorrow which I'm in need of some items for birthday party tomorrow. Never ever depend on their delivery unless u want to stock up for next year!!!! Update- When you meant I will be contacted by a customer service representative, I didn't expect to receive this simple text message with a surprise call from a driver asked me to open the door while I wasn't even told what time it's rescheduled. One thing to add more, I guess in order to achieve "your prime priority to provide highest level of service and attention to details to customers" you better answer the phone instead of posting here.
