I originally reached out to Sims Real Estate with genuine interest in a property. After requesting a viewing, no one followed up with a phone call, which I found disappointing and unprofessional—especially when dealing with something as important as real estate. In response to my review, I received a message from Jason Simard claiming he had reached out to me via email and even spoke to me on the phone. He also mentioned my mother as a possible point of contact—my mother passed away in 2017, so that was especially frustrating and made it clear he was referring to someone else entirely. I appreciate accountability, and while Jason did acknowledge that he should have called me directly, the confusion in his response only confirms the lack of attention to detail and care I experienced. I stand by my initial impression: the customer service I received fell far below what I expect from a professional real estate team. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sims Real Estate.
