The gym is easy to find with a sign outside near the street as well as on the front door. Parking lot is limited but plenty of street parking. I've been to this gym a few different times and it's always clean, tidy, and ready to accommodate people. It has all the equipment needed for experienced lifters, specifically weight-lifters and powerlifters. The other gym goers are nice people as well, which is always a plus at any gym. I've been to many gyms and always look forward to coming back here when I'm in the area.

Awesome new powerlifting gym in Montreal. Great space with high quality equipment and clean facilities. These guys have been in the powerlifting world for over a decade so you know they're gonna be able to build a great gym. Excited to see how they improve the space going forward.
