Piotr was a very attentive teacher and made me feel comfortable, even though I had no prior experience with yoga. The exercises were demanding enough, but overall, it was a relaxing and grounding experience. A cup of tea at the end was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this class.

These Yoga classes are outstanding! The practice strikes the perfect balance of being mentally and emotionally relaxing while also being physically demanding. Piotr is the nicest person ever and a great instructor. He's able to tailor the exercises to each person's level and ability, so you're always challenged but never frustrated. I always leave feeling accomplished and energized. The tea and the relaxing atmosphere at the end are wonderful and invariably lead to the most interesting conversations. Whether as a way to start off the day or to wind down in the afternoon, I always leave with a longing for the next session ;) I couldn't recommend this class more highly!

Piotr is an amazing teacher - very attentive and competent. I really enjoy his classes every time! The studio itself is great - well-equipped and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to practice in.

I highly recommend this class. It's gentle but with some great challenges if you want to.improve certain postures. Piotr is terrific at using attention to detail. Tea and chat afterwards is a lovely way to end the session :)
