I bought a RAM in Feb 2020 and the same stopped working in May 2020. There's nothing wrong if a product stops working that's why it comes with warranty. As it had 3 years warranty I decided to visit service centre at Nehru Place on 03 Jun 2020. The address mentioned on the website is outdated one. I roamed pillar to post to find the service centre. When I reached there I found that there was no ventilation, no proper lighting, no fan, no sitting arrangements, the environment was very pathetic for workers itself. It was very difficult to even breathe. Coming to the point, I told them that I want to make a replacement. First they said the dealing hand is on leave. I said I have travelled 20 Kms that too in this risky period of Corona captured environment where even crossing your doorstep may wreck havoc, just to make a replacement. He asked me to wait. After waiting for an hour a person came. First he said that DDR4 RAM is not available. Such a response is unacceptable from a service centre. If the service centre doesn't have it then where could I get it from ? Silicon Valley, USA? I told him it is not possible for me to make another visit covering a 40 km distance again. So he tried finding a RAM and came up with one in his hand. I doubted if the RAM was okay because in the first place he refused that he doesn't have any. I asked if this RAM is okay? He said theek hai "ok". I further asked if it was a refurbished one or new just to see the confidence in his eyes if he was lying that it is an ok piece. He said it's refurbished one so I thought he must have told truth earlier too when he said it was okay(deception). After coming home I placed the RAM and the same problem persisted. I asked the computer repairer he again said that the guy has fooled you. He gave you a wrong piece. I felt rejected that all efforts went to vain and realized that he lied to me. What has happened with me is unjustifiable and unacceptable that's why I have put a lot of strain in writing this long review. I just gave words to my frustration. I want you to mend your ways otherwise I won't hesitate even once before knocking consumer court's door to teach a lesson that you won't forget ever. In continuation, I would further like to add that on 25th Oct, 2020 the RAM that I was provided in return of the damaged one has once again been damaged. I again visited the service centre to teach them a lesson but surprisingly I took a lesson as the service centre had been once again shifted 🤣🤣🤣 The guy I asked for its new address said its shifting is too mainstream. Now, I surrendered and returned with Kingston RAM this time.

For my desktop and laptop, I've been using Simmtronics rams for around half a decade. The prices are a little high than others but it's worth it. I never had any bad experience with Simmtronics products.

Received a duplicate, non working and second hand product by seller Simmtronics for Simmtronics RAM on Amazon. Tried to claim warranty and sent in the RAM. In spite of repeated follow ups, no replacement sent. Complete waste of money.
