Ruthelma CatamaI was referred to this clinic by Delta Dental Insurance but I decided not to push through with this dental clinic because I had an unprofessional and poor initial phone encounter with its office staff/ receptionist named Michael who was very rude, disrespectful, condescending and had very poor, unkind customer service skills that he even hung up on me. I cancelled my plans of having my dental needs taken cared of by that clinic. No one deserve to be treated like this especially in a service oriented profession like Dentistry. It’s so unfortunate because Dr. Pineda may have been a good dentist but I got discouraged to give him a chance to take care of my dental needs due to this unfortunate and unacceptable behavior by his staff Michael who is the forefront person of their dental office for potential patients like me.
