My insurance gave me a dr. Here this is not who I wanted and for good reason. I have a newborn and they will not schedule me to be seen. Newborns are supposed to be seen right away to make sure baby is growing okay. I dont even know if my daughter got her birth weight back yet. I've called and they told me there is nothing they can do and no appointments till October while my daughter was born Aug 6th. I called to be scheduled and they told me they would contact me they haven't! Its been almost a week. I called a few days after and the person on the phone said the message was recieved about scheduling her sooner since she is a newborn and they haven't called.

I've been coming to this clinic since it opened up in this neighborhood. Some days there are long waits but the change in doctors is great. Dr. Peterson is a family medicine doctor and I've always had a good experience with him. He actively listens to questions and concerns and explains things fluently that I understand perfectly. He has the passion you'd expect from a doctor who actually likes their job. Not 5 stars due to the lab of this clinic, their open time for that should expand on days and time. People need their lab work done closer to home instead of heading to the UI Hospital

Dr. Peterson is an amazing doctor and makes everything very clear and easy. He is patient and answers any questions I have and is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. Beyond that, the team in the clinic is very friendly and knowledgeable makes for a comforting environment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

i took my little brother to get a filling today. they said the cavity was on a baby tooth so they will just extract it instead of doing a filling. i asked the assistant which tooth they are extracting, she was very unhelpful and would not show me exactly which took which was my first red flag. then they numbed my brother for not even five minutes and already started to take the tooth out. he immediately starting crying and screaming, lifting his hand up. the assistant asked me to hold his hands to keep it down. so i did. but he was screaming crying the entire time. i asked him after we left if he was crying because he was just scared or if it actually hurt. he said he barely felt numb and tried to lift his hand up to tell them that he felt everything. i was very unaware how these procedures go but i did have four extractions on permanent teeth and did not feel a thing but pressure. there is no way my brother felt everything already from the start. very unprofessional of them, they need to listen to patients more no matter what age.
