Horrible service: We selected Sign Co for our vehicle wrap needs based on their professional reputation and the substantial investment involved. The craftsmanship of the wrap was commendable; however, there was a minor but noticeable discrepancy involving a deviation in the design compared to our initially wrapped truck. This deviation caused slight concern as it might disrupt our fleet’s uniform appearance. When we raised this question during pickup, it unfortunately led to a disproportionate and highly unprofessional response, including being asked to leave the premises. Additionally, we encountered noticeable frustration from the staff when requesting design corrections, which contradicted the initially promised ease of making adjustments. This was concerning, given the level of our investment and the importance of branding. Our experience was marred by a significant communication breakdown with the designer. Often, elements we had not requested to be changed were altered, necessitating further revisions. This not only prolonged the process but also led to frustration on both ends. It appeared that the designer was not fully understanding our instructions, resulting in unproductive and unnecessary modifications. Despite these challenges, we paid for the wrap in full upfront—a decision influenced by our previous experience. The initial wrap, although challenging to finalize, was of high quality, excluding a minor error with a letter "r" left in the design on the tailgate. We were satisfied with the quality and assumed that replicating the design for our second truck would be straightforward since they already possessed all the necessary artwork files. The invoicing process also deviated from the expected half initially and half at pickup, which was overlooked based on our past experiences. Having requested the original artwork to continue working with another provider, we hope Sign Co will rectify the situation by forwarding the necessary files, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction even post-service. The final product’s craftsmanship was impressive, but the customer service and attention to detail during the design process need significant improvement. Fellow business owners should consider these details when selecting a service provider, especially for substantial investments. We encourage Sign Co to consider this feedback as an opportunity to enhance their client service and live up to their commitments. - UPDATE: it has been over 2 weeks and I have no response for the artwork I paid for. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Had to bring my original 2 star rating down to 1. Horrible customer experience. * BUYER BEWARE *

40 Stars for Signco! We have had 8 vehicles wrapped by Signco and every single one has turned out perfect. They are great designers and very easy to work with. Our oldest wraps still look new, even after 3 years on the road. I would recommend them to anyone for their graphics needs. Thanks y’all! We look forward to adding to the fleet!
