After paying the $69.99 for the initial consultation, I was immediately offered a 5-session package for nearly $4,000, which then dropped to $2,000, and eventually to a single session for $300. This rapid shift in pricing felt a bit overwhelming and gave me a negative impression. I understand that services come at a cost, but the way the offers were presented made me feel uncomfortable and unsure about the value. I just wanted to be transparent about how the experience came across on my end. Thank you again for your time.

I had a very disappointing experience at JM Med Spa. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and when I asked a question, the response was rude and unprofessional. The manager, Kym (or Kim), lacked basic customer service etiquette. A med spa should be a welcoming and comfortable place, but this was not my experience. I visited after seeing an Instagram post, but it was a complete waste of time—especially after enduring peak LA traffic to get there. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
