Pamela OlesenI had a salad the first night dining here. It was excellent!! Great flavor, good presentation, just how I ordered it. The second night I ate here (stayed two nights at the hotel) I was so disappointed. I ordered the meatloaf and it looked and tasted like two charbroiled hamburger patties. They had very little flavor and just weren't good at all. I left over half my meal. The bartender waited on me and he was very nice, fairly attentive (he was bartending, too) but overall delivered great service.

I placed an order for four salads, and was charged both a take-out fee and a 20% gratuity, despite the online ordering system stating that gratuity is only applied to orders of six or more. I was charged $20 for the tip, which I found unexpected and inconsistent with the stated policy. While I remain a fan of their food, this experience has led me to reconsider placing any future take-out orders.
