This organization demonstrated a level of operational negligence that warrants serious attention from future partners and clients. Their team displayed intense urgency when collecting payments and maintained constant communication that created an impression of professionalism and commitment. Once the event was cancelled they released a refund schedule that looked structured and dependable yet the execution collapsed entirely. Months have passed and the majority of participants have not received their refunds. Communication stopped. Every interaction moved from reassurances to empty commitments and daily postponements. The financial fallout has affected students and emerging artists who relied on this event for developmental exposure. Reputational damage also extended to the primary artist Mr Rajesh Vaidya whose name was aligned with the event. Based on this experience I strongly advise event managers corporate leaders and professional artists to avoid engaging with BS Rocks for any live event requirement. Their delivery model lacks transparency their service culture lacks ownership and their operational consistency is unreliable.
