Risley 1HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Just a really terrible company with zero respect towards their clientele. Had a pair of jeans, among many other r & b items, the jeans sewing started to fail. Store wouldn't help even though their own website states they can facilitate an exchange. So I contacted corporate via their website and followed their protocol with description and pictures. Two months pass, no response, I emailed them and they replied saying they never received anything from me. So I began the process ALL over again. I double checked via email to see if they received my second warranty claim, they replied "yes we did", and someone will get back to you within a day or two..... Three more weeks pass, I've heard nothing!. Keep your terrible clothing and even worse customer service, we have options!
Jeff CzerkiesMy wife bought me a shirt. Shirt was a large and it was huuuuge. I’m 6’2”, 190 lbs! Well, no big deal, thought I’d return it and get a mother shirt that fit!!! Nope, apparently this was a final sale and they will not even issue a store credit. I have a sweater for here that is a size large and it fits like a glove. Obviously this new shirt was produced wrong, as it is easily for someone who is waaaay larger than me. After getting the sweater last year I told her that this is my favorite brand now! Well, that was short lived… rag n bone will never get my money in the future… ugly customer service team!!! I will also do my best to discourage all friends to steer clear of this place! Nice going … you lost a customer for life over your stupid policy.
