I cannot stress this enough: HIRE KIMBERLY. She did an absolutely amazing job, and then some. Other than myself (the bride) and the groom, she was the most important person at our wedding! She really went above and beyond to make our big day as special as it possibly could be. She thought of questions that I never would have considered, and handled every curveball that was thrown at us with a direct plan of action. Any possible thing that came up, she had already considered it and already had a solution. She truly worked her butt off and everyone in my family noticed her organizational skills and can-do attitude. On top of all that, she's super nice and easy to talk to. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it, and hire Kimberly!!! You will not regret it.

Kim from Shindigs and Weddings is the best move you can make!! She put in SOOOOO much time and work to make my wedding dream come true. We are from FL and wanted a wedding in KY so we decided to look into wedding planners to help. Kim had the best recommendations for other vendors and gave a variety of options. She stayed on top of all vendors to make sure they would show up and do a perfect job (which is very important). From the venue getting bankrupt and going under new ownership, to the makeup artist canceling kind of last minute, Kim had it all figured out to keep our dreams alive. She personally drove all our rentals over to the venue that was over an hour away to save us HUNDREDS on delivery fees. She drove our cake and floral to save us a ton of money and stress. She was just the most amazing and supportive wedding planner you could imagine and we trust her so much. BOOK HER!! Also her husband is the best DJ ever and made our reception a night to remember!
