I’ve been to this clinic for many years for small diagnostics. This past experience has been the worse. Zero help with a chronic condition. Their doctor advice is “go see someone else”. A true reflection of the “business of making money” without true service or compassion for the person.

PSA: the bad reviews are about administration, not patient care. They've arranged booking and everything to be largely online which I find more convenient, but that will come down to personal preference. Doctor Fearn is fantastic - kind, respectful, & takes concerns seriously. A breath of fresh air after my last GP.

Poor customer service. Reception staff are short with clients and can sometimes come off as a bit condescending. Good doctors, very helpful and knowledgeable

I’ve had good experiences at this clinic, which is hard to find. Many walk-ins have their problems with wait times and understaffing, but I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff are helpful and understanding, and Dr. Al-Khafaji is always on time and kind. He is good at addressing concerns and always asks if I have any more questions near the end of the appointment. I have never felt rushed or that my issues were ignored, which is a common theme I’ve had to deal with in healthcare. I highly recommend this clinic as they are professional and truly seem to care about their patients!
