I have come here several times over the years and used to love it. Unfortunately, my last two appointments were less than satisfactory. I will say the senior stylists they have left are talented but I do not recommend getting your hair cut or coloured by newer staff. The last time I got my hair cut and styled here, I rushed home to wash my hair. The stylist did not know how to work with my hair texture or what products to use. It no longer feels like a salon or spa experience. You’re lucky if someone even greets you at the front desk. Everything feels a little chaotic and disorganized. I just can no longer justify paying salon prices for a non-luxurious experience. I write this in hopes that things turn around as this used to be a great place to get your hair done.

Please don't leave JR Stylist alone. It's not fair to them or the client. The stylist was lovely, but more guidance from a Sr. Stylist would have made the difference for myself and stylist. I asked for a shag cut and left with a trim.

Amazing experience thanks to Chantal! I’ve had two full sets of lashes done with her (both 2 months apart) and she has done an absolute amazing job both times!! Not only is she good at what she does, but she has got amazing service skills as well, and always makes sure her client is comfortable and satisfied 🥰 (05/28/25) In addition to this fantastic experience above, I had my lashes done by Sam who certainly did not disappoint! Her service was amazing and she replicated my desired lashes EXACTLY 🥰 so happy, thanks again Sam!
