I’ve spent over $10,000 at Shealy Truck Center, but after this last experience, I’m completely done with them. The service was horrible. They gave me the wrong part for my truck, and when I told the manager it wasn’t the right one, he insisted it was,even though I know my own truck and my own part. They even took my original part out and replaced it with a bad one! Not only was the manager rude and unprofessional with me, but a buddy of mine was also there. The manager was going back and forth arguing with him too. How is someone like that even in a management position? On top of all that, they tried to charge me an extra $320 on top of the $1,300 I already paid. It felt like they were just trying to rip me off. After all the money I’ve spent with them, I was shocked by how I was treated. And the worst part? The manager had the nerve to tell me not to come back. The only reason I’m giving any credit is because of Chris. He was the only professional person there kept me updated on my truck, gave great customer service, and treated me with respect. Shealy needs more people like Chris and a serious change in leadership!! I’ll be contacting higher management.
