I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler with the Gate 1 tour group, and from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was treated like gold! My room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with a clean bathroom stocked with plenty of amenities in case you forget anything. I loved that the TV had access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, which made it easy to unwind after a long day of touring. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and while I’m a picky eater, I appreciated the made-to-order eggs — they were perfect. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I'm writing this from Room #702, on the last of what has been an incredibly disappointing three-night stay (7th–10th October 2025). And honestly, I couldn’t be more relieved to be checking out. At first glance, the hotel tries to impress with an old-world charm — but don't be fooled. Beneath the vintage veneer lies a crumbling, outdated property that seems stuck in a time warp. Everything feels aged beyond comfort, and not in a charming, nostalgic way — in a neglected, worn-out, why-is-this-still-operating sort of way. The location? Smack in the middle of Nehru Place, one of the busiest electronics markets in Delhi. That means relentless honking, chaotic traffic, and a soundtrack of city noise that follows you right into your room, day and night. If sleep is what you're after, prepare for a battle. But the real horror show began when I was first given a room on the 4th floor. The moment I stepped out of the elevator, I was hit by the overpowering stench of stale cigarette smoke — the entire floor reeked like an old ashtray. This, after I’d clearly requested a non-smoking room and was told I had one. I informed the front desk I would cancel my entire stay if not shifted immediately. Only then was I grudgingly moved to the 7th floor. But the worst — and I mean truly revolting — moment came during breakfast. I asked for a simple black coffee. What I received was served in a mug so filthy, it could have been pulled out of a dumpster. Sticky residue coated the inside and outside, and mysterious debris floated in the coffee itself. I showed it to the staff, expecting outrage, urgency — anything. Their response? A casual, "Sorry, let me get you another coffee." No concern, no apology worth the name. Honestly, it was a health hazard in plain sight. For the price they’re charging, this place is a joke. The service is apathetic, the hygiene appalling, and the ambiance far from what a five-star experience should be. There are far better hotels in Delhi — cleaner, quieter, and infinitely more professional. Today, as I pack my bags, I leave not just disappointed, but genuinely baffled that this hotel dares to call itself a luxury property.

Dear travellers .... I recently stayed at Eros Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was great, with a slope depth that made it suitable for swimmers of all levels. I loved the classic and vintage vibes at the hotel, which added to the overall ambiance and made my stay even more memorable. The hotel rooms themselves had a beautiful vintage look, which perfectly complemented the overall aesthetic of the hotel. However, one thing that caught me off guard was the prices of items kept in the room. A small packet of peanuts (about 100mg) that normally costs around ₹30 was charged at ₹300! That's a hefty markup, to say the least. Apart from this, everything else about the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. If you're planning to stay at Eros Hotel, just be aware of the prices of in-room items and plan accordingly. With a little awareness, you can have a wonderful stay at this hotel.
