Every time I come to this branch they are so helpful and kind. I appreciate the staff and the environment. The other reviews seem to be short sighted - companies experience technical issues from time to time, it's not the staff's fault! Compassion goes a long way.

Showed up at 1:30pm for a basic deposit. It’s now 2:15 and I still haven’t been helped. But I’m sure the fees will be removed from my account quickly!! Customer service is brutal here. 1 teller. Thanks Servus

I recently had a disappointing experience at Servus Credit Union's Westgate branch in Edmonton. The branch manager was aware about this appointment as I was coming from Calgary and it could be delay due to heavy traffic in western area. The employee (KEVIN) refused to open our account, stating we were late. We had traveled directly from Calgary specifically to open the account at this location. because as I am living in Edmonton and studying in Calgary.Instead of helping us to open this account, the employee (KEVIN) insisted to go back to Calgary and should open the account in Calgary. He could help us as was still time left in my appointment slop but seems like he don't want to stay long to help me or Wanna understand my situation. This lack of customer service and unfriendly Atmosphere instead of helping us. I expected better as branch manager was too friendly and seems helpful but the staff not . I hope they improve their approach to customer care in the future. please be aware with KEVIN. You will be just having disappointment.

They recently updated a new app for online banking. I tried logging in, and after 1 attempt my account was locked. I’ve been on hold everyday this week for over 45 minutes. I’ve left a call back number but no response. They are completely overwhelmed with the number of people dealing with the same problem. They continue to have the worst customer service and do nothing about. I will be switching my banking, Servus is 20 years behind
