I cannot say enough good things about this Servus Credit Union, particularly Todd, the branch manager. He is kind and people focused and treats clients and their needs with the utmost professionalism and compassion (we have watched his interactions with not just us, but many other clients, while we were at the branch). After an initial meeting with Todd, my partner and I moved accounts, investments and mortgages over to Servus from our bank and every interaction with staff from this branch has reenforced our decision. If you’re looking for a financial institution that cares and treats you like a human being whose needs are of value and puts customer service first, highly recommend this Servus branch!

I’ve banked with over 15 banks in my life and this is by far the worst bank in all of Canada and the United States.… Absolute horrible Bank. It’s constant issue after issue with them and they never have a remedy or fix. Their customer service is terrible at this branch as well and I cannot say enough bad things about this organization. Removing all of my funds and accounts first thing next week. They will no longer get a dime from me.

Difficult bank to do business with. Yes they're kind when you visit a branch...but After years of my family banking here we moved our business elsewhere and had a MUCH MUCH better experience. And I agree with a previous review. Once you close an account they deal even worse with you if you have a current loan. We had a 10k line of credit from since i was in my 20s. Turns out when I wanted to use that line of credit , The branch manager changed the line of credit to a lower amount so we can't use it. Okay, fine then you don't want my business. I guarantee I'll finish that loan and never come back. Just the other day a young adult I know asked what's a good bank and I definitely steered them to a better one that starts with an S and ends in bank.

We had a mortgage through these guys for many years. They always made time for us and made sure we were up to date on information and knew what to expect. The regular banking services are okay. They have coffee and their help desk is situated in a perfect place.. not off to the side and not in the way. Lines for tellers can be long and slow but what bank doesn't experience this? a bank no one goes to doesn't sound like a very good bank... thumbs up..
