I have been a member with Servus since I was 14, they were my first bank account I opened, and unfortunately, the quality of service has become unacceptable. After today's experience, I am actively planning to move all my accounts to a new institution. I booked an appointment specifically to discuss a Personal Line of Credit to improve my long-term financial health. The process was a complete waste of time: Lack of Professionalism: The representative was late for a scheduled appointment. Incompetence & Arrogance: During the application, the representative failed to understand non-standard income documentation (WCB) and attempted to incorrectly correct me on the contents of my own official paperwork. She was unprepared, asking for documentation (specific bank statements, T4s, K1s) that was not clearly communicated in advance, requiring a return visit. Wasted Time: The appointment concluded without any forward progress on the application, solely due to the branch staff's lack of preparation and knowledge regarding my stable, verified income sources. This lack of in-branch knowledge is compounded by ongoing systemic issues with the institution: The online banking services are frequently unavailable, and past experiences with the online technical support have been disrespectful and incompetent. A financial institution needs to respect its long-term members' time and demonstrate basic competency, especially for complex transactions. I would strongly advise prospective clients to seek banking services elsewhere.

I have been banking at Servus Credit Union for 25 years and have always been served well. We have taken out loans and mortgages and feel that we have been treated fairly. Of course we have a chequing and savings account also. I like the idea that you get something back from the bank with the more business you have with them. So over the years we have gotten several thousand in dividends from Servus. This branch is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. From my experience I would recommend coming here for your banking needs.

Ive been Banking with servus for a little more then a year. My most recent visit was about reseting online banking . I havent been getting the' codes that are to be sent to my email address Servus has, there is a previous email and number on my profile that I have been trying to get removed. I was speaking with Brenda during an appointment I had , where I was to be sent an email to reset for online banking. She would ask if I had gotten the reset code in which I wasnt able to. She made a call , took down what password I wanted , and I got onto my account! I CAN NOT RESET MY PASSWORD OR CHANGE MY USER NAME! I spoke to Deltons servus assitant manager , the manager at manning and miller locations . I asked for a letter confirming I had brought my concerns to them , and was given two pages with said confirmation print out divided in two.

Horrible service. Went in for a loan and dealt with Bikramjit. Says he will call next day. And 5 days go by. Always needs additional information when it comes to get the loan. I've been a customer for 12 or more years and can't get a loan. I am so done with servus thanks for nothing
