Tony called me from this branch as my RRSP was maturing soon. He fit me into an appointment today, where I embarrassingly confessed my financial situation, needing this money. I was fully prepared to fill out the forms to declare Financial Hardship, but that's when Tony's manager came in. She recognized me from approaching the Servus tent at the Mela event Aug 9th, and asked if she could sit in on the appointment to help. Those two sat with me with the warmest compassion you could ever hope for in another human. They were real live people who had compassion and showed understanding to the financial situation I am in. I know I can't do much to repay their kindness, but those two can at least get some kudos from upper management for getting an outstanding Google review from me promoting this business. Come here. The service is great. Never in my life have I walked away from a bank with happy tears streaming down my face, but today that happened because of the kindness these two employees of Servus showed me today. When I'm back on my feet, I'll come back to invest with your company in a heartbeat. Thank you.
