Major service Booked and agreed time slot! Billy called in advance and picked up the car no issues explained the process all was good. Later that day I got a call from Craig to say everything was sorted on the car no issues, very honest and helpful. Billy called in advance with an eta and dropped the car off at the end of the day. Could not recommend Service my Car enough. From the moment I created the appointment for a major service to the minute it was returned home the communication and customer service was flawless. Unlike previous car services there were no hard sales tactics or ‘recommendations’ which takes the anxiety and pressure off. The arranging of pick up and drop off was quick and easy and fully documented for peace of mind. Very happy and will be a returning customer!
