Tia ClaryI called Service First and will be calling them from now on for all my heating and cooling needs. I had another heating company (Area Heating and Cooling) come to my house and diagnose the furnace problem. The estimate they gave to replace the inducer motor was insane! After just a quick google search, I could see the average cost of the part and knew I was being taken advantage of. When I called Service First I told them what part I needed replaced. I quickly got a call back from Andrew who was polite and gave me a quote over the phone- less than half the price that AREA was going to charge!!!! They set up a 2 hour window appointment for the very next day to complete the repair. Jason, the service technician, was on time, polite and great with answering my questions. He installed the inducer motor efficiently and in about a half hour, my house has heat again! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Service First Heating and Cooling! I will be referring all my friends and family. Keep up the great and honest customer service!

He put in the time and effort to give me a professional and accurate diagnosis with a clear path on how to move forward.
