BethWORST COMPANY EVER!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would! We got a termite inspection on our home and the guy never even went in the crawl space or under the house. He cleared the house free of termites. A few days later we closed on the house and started remodeling and live termites were falling out of the ceiling and walls everywhere and crawling all over the floor. We had several other companies come out to look and there was so much termite damage in our floor boards, walls, and ceilings as well as tons of termite tubes everywhere. We also found holes from previous termite extermination. Servall first told us there is no way we have termites and “his guy” would have never missed anything until I showed the owner the video I took of the termites alive crawling out of the wood and all over the floor. Then Servall told us the termites came in within just a few days and said the termites weren’t there when the inspection was done. Then when I showed Servall all the damage we had from “years of termite damage” the owner chewed me out and threatened me and then peeled out of my driveway throwing gravel everywhere at me and all over my yard. My husband and I were present when the termite inspection was completed and the termite guy never went in the crawl space. When asking the termite guy why he didn’t go into the crawl space he said it was too cold outside because it was middle of winter. If Servall had just done their job that we paid for then the homeowners selling the house would have been liable in paying for termite service and repairs. Servall has costed us thousands now for their screw up! Don’t use this company!!!!

I highly recommend these folks for all of your pest control needs. They also do gutters, duct cleaning, floor repair, and crawl space encapsulation. Give them a call today!
