My first class with Michele was PERFECT. She offered a wonderful balance of stillness and movement. Her guiding cues were clear and concise. Michele offered modifications in every posture. Autonomy and free expression were honored throughout the class. I really appreciated the consistent reminders to breathe, soften, and even smile. Working on my resting smile face right now! Michele's support on the mat absolutely reflects the support that she has given me off the mat. I will be back for more yoga at Serenity Yoga & Wellness :)

My 7-yr old LOVED the Kids Yoga class with Tracy. It was so engaging and the mix of yoga and fun activities made the 60-min class fly by. My daughter was so inspired she wanted to "play" yoga when we got home. It was absolutely adorable to hear her be the instructor and calmly ask me to, "sit down, close your eyes... now breathe in.... and breathe out..." I had a hard time holding in my laughter from the PURE JOY that this created!!!
