My friend and I recently got facials with Vanessa and it was wonderful! The check in process was easy and relaxing, there was a beautiful waiting room with snacks and drinks as well and Vanessa really knew what she was talking about. She was friendly while also letting me enjoy the quiet and did a great job treating my face. We will be back as this was our first spa visit here!

I went in initally for a consult with Erin, then booked an appointment with her! It took two appointments for me but the result was an all over Highlight, and the most incredible haircut of my life! I have been searching for a "signature" haircut for myself and Erin helped me achieved something I didnt even know was possible. The perfect hair cut and color! From the precision and volume of highlights to the sheer expertise of my hair cut. Erin is incredible and she definitely has a forever client. Go see Erin! It might take you a couple of weeks to get in but there is definitely a reason she is so booked up! ❤️

Second time in a row we've had appointments multiple weeks/months in advance, and the call us day of the appointment and tell us they can't do it. First time a couples deep tissue massage facial package, went subpar because they didnt have any qualified therapists to perform the massages. Second time a cut and style for my wife a wedding wasn't able to be done due to poor scheduling efforts from management. This place cannot be relied on for keeping their appointments.
