This review is long overdue and I never do reviews. Given how incredible my experience was, however I felt it was important for me to write this. I was under tremendous stress when I booked my appointment and actually had to move my appointment on the same day and Sophia Was incredibly communicative And malleable to what I was dealing with at work. From the minute, I walked in you could feel how caring she was. She began with a scalp analysis Using state of the art technology and then came up with a plan for my Scalp Massage. All I can say is that for about 45 minutes she let me escape the world. She was intuitive, kind, professional, but most importantly, caring that I enjoy and relax. It was the first time I had ever had a Scalp Massage in this way, but I left there calm and knowing that I would return for repeat appointments. If you’re on the fence, trust me book an appointment. I left, feeling revived, relaxed, and happy. Sophia Texted me about an hour later to make sure it was up to what I expected. Again, complete professionalism and customer service. I will be back every time life allows, and would encourage anyone considering the service to just do it. You will love it

I had such a great appointment with Elia! She took the time to listen to my hair needs, and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole session. She even recommended me some shampoo and conditioner, after using it for a couple weeks now I'm so amazed at how it makes my hair feel so soft and hydrated! Will definitely be back!
