As you move through the store, you can sense the energy and excitement of other shoppers around you, particularly women who are enthusiastic about the variety of products available. However, there's a distinct discomfort: the sensation of being under constant, unblinking scrutiny. It's as if an invisible, relentless force is monitoring your every move, creating a feeling of confinement and unease akin to being in a high-security environment. This persistent observation looms over the store's otherwise luxurious atmosphere.

I just was there to buy a fragrance and unfortunately the security lady downstairs made me feel super uncomfortable her eyes were on me like I was thief. Let me explain you something guys I’m not going to give you my money if you don’t treat me with dignity not everyone that gets in is a thief, if you have theft issues it’s not my fault! Your security guards need to be retrained maybe you should invest in cameras so customers don’t feel abusively stared at.

Sephora is a very large store with a lot of variety of makeup and perfumes mostly it is makeup but there are many brands of everything that almost always the makeup brands are the most famous so that's why it's a little expensive for the store but there is a lot of variety of prices, there is also a lot of staff who help you choose the things you can buy also to recommend things or to look for the things you want to buy, in the same way they convince you to buy more things that is a good way of marketing. But there are also people who can serve you from Very bad way (that could be something bad about the store) but every time I go they always treat me in a very nice and very friendly way. The last time I went,I went to buy a blush from the rare beauty brand And the truth is I wasn't very convinced to buy it, but the store workers convinced me to buy the blush and more things they were recommending me. They were recommending me things that can look good with my skin type and more makeup but the truth in the end the price is a little high since things are not so cheap. But well after selecting everything I was going to buy the truth if I took a while in line since as the store is very famous it usually fills a lot of people. But just like the people who are charging you for the things you bought they treat you in a very nice way and you leave very happy and very satisfied with everything that ends to buy

The reason why I put the review or the score so low is because I have been there several times, since that is the only Sephora store in Playa del Carmen, it is the only one I can go to, unfortunately I have been there 6 or 7 times and the situation that I am going to tell about has happened to me around 4-5 times, so, I enter to the store and the workers follow me, it makes me a little uncomfortable but nothing happens, I tell them that I don't need the help, that I already know why I come, or once or twice, sometimes I only come to see, they ask me if I'm looking for something specific and for respect I tell them what I'm looking for, they help me find it but along the way they offer me anything they could find, because everything. They waste a lot of my time. When I'm with the product, I grab it or try it and that's when I need some help (if I want to try it) then they are helpful, the products are good, of good quality, but the service is too invasive.
