I was genuinely shocked by the lack of cleanliness at this Sephora branch. The absence of makeup remover, coupled with messy tables, created a disappointing environment. Witnessing two staff members fighting outside the store was highly unprofessional and added to the overall disappointment.

Every time I go to this branch, I regret it. I don’t find the things I need, and the staff are so rude. I definitely don’t recommend it. No matter what, I’m never coming back again. ( the staff are the rudest )
