For a first visit, I will definitely be coming back! I was under the care of Sophia who did a wonderful job. My hair is THICK and a challenge to work with on my own. I recieved the Basic Head Therapy Treatment. Sophia made my scalp feel refreshed after massaging and washing it and my hair was even more revived when I went home. I cut her some slack when it came to brushing it out after blowdrying it because I like to do it on own due to it being so thick and curly. Overall, the hair wash, shoulder, arm, and hand massage was AMAZING! They also have a hair steamer! Can't seem to find one of those in any salon in RI. NOTE: The hair steamer is not included with the basic head treatment.

First off the Reflexology was a dream. I hate to leave a negative review because everyone was so nice. However, I would want to know what to expect before spending so much. The Nirvana treatment was the most stressed out I've ever been. Scalp massage & scrub was incredibly painful & my neck is now so unbelievably sore. The facial was the only enjoyable part for me. Even the arm massage was just mostly skin pinching. Maybe I'm extra sensitive, but it was just so intense. I was expecting a much more soft and gentle experience because there are no muscles on your head... This was my first experience with this kind of treatment so maybe I had the wrong expectations. I asked for her to be more gentle early on (which I have never done in my life during a massage out of pure panic) and it did not get more gentle. There's a strong chance this type of treatment is just not for me.

My visit to this spa was pure bliss. I booked a head and upper body massage, the Nirvana, and it exceeded my expectations. The therapist was incredibly skilled — every movement felt intentional and calming. The tension in my shoulders just melted away, and the scalp massage was heavenly. I usually have a sensitive scalp/ head, but the therapist handled it perfectly — gentle yet effective. The space was spotless, tranquil, and beautifully scented. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! Sooo SOOOOO Good! The spa is so relaxing, and clean. Staff are professional and I left feeling refreshed, and relaxed. I loved the Zen package and would highly recommend this to friends and family. I'm looking forward to returning and gifting this to my mom as I know she'll really enjoy her time here too.
