Not very good, took a day off work to schedule a delivery and it never came. I have to schedule another day off work again. No tracking or status updates Update: Was able to get the package but had to take another half day off since it was the next day. However, I asked for a time slot in the afternoon, the delivery guy instead came at 10am the next morning and left it at my door. It seems like they were going to deliver the day before but failed to do so, instead they decided to do it first thing next morning. This is not good since my package was left unattended for 5 hours before I could leave early from work. I paid 80 dollars to the furniture company which used this logistic company.

Terrible delivery company. We received a call to confirm dropping off the package few days before and no delivery were made. So I called the company and they were super rude. She(Lisa) started yelling at me just because she wanted to put me on hold for finding excuses for the mistakes that they made. She eventually scheduled the delivery for the next day but not only the guy was late, he left the heavy boxes on the sidewalk!
