After $935.00 charge, firm pulled the rug and chose not to file tax when pointing out that their required forms were too vague leading to them to ask a lot of questions when they were provided with all the answers that demonstrated they don't do their homework when this is their area of expertise. After all the questions which they should have already obtained, I was willing to still give them a chance but guess they are under no obligation to provide customer service since they can find other suckers. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH WITH THIS FIRM FOR THE ON-LINE REVIEWS ARE VERY DECEPTIVE. They were most likely written by people who got paid to write the reviews.
