Extremely Disappointed – Poor Management and Dirty Store This brand is a complete disappointment. The management is very poor, and the entire store looks cheap and neglected. The place is dirty, the garments are not even steamed, and most of them look old and worn out. The customer service is just as bad – completely unprofessional and inattentive. The merchandise is displayed in a chaotic, disorganized way – it honestly feels like walking through a fish market (except even a fish market is more organized!). And yet they dare to call themselves a “brand”? How is that possible? I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting quality or basic cleanliness.
Best scrub I had a great experience with Ernie, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. They carry a wide range of high-quality products—from mobility aids to home care essentials—and everything is well-organized and easy to browse. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable medical supplies and top-notch customer service.
