What a beautiful hotel. You can tell they’ve put so much into making this place perfect. It’s got such a cozy vibe. Service was phenomenal even when we walked in with less than an hour to close. There’s a 21 and over side with full bar with a connected opening of the restaurant. I loved the open concept to see the kitchen. Menu was small but held great options. We had already ate dinner earlier in the night so we opted for their take on the wings and a few drinks. The cider they had on tap was delicious. I’m already hoping we can plan a trip here again soon. Great stop with no need to get in the car with walking distance from our room.

This restaurant is attached to the hotel here, but has an entrance near the road. We arrived early, a little after 4pm and had a great experience with Oscar as our server. We ordered the chop chop salad and the brisket, which he brought out with extra plates for my wife and I to share. Overall, the food tasted fantastic, the service was great, and the staff were very welcoming. Best dining experience we've had while visiting Zion.

What a delightful new addition to the Springdale area! Tabby was our server and she is so sweet. Prompt service, the manager Rob came by to ask how everything was and the quality of food was superb. This is the place for breakfast and dinner now! Can’t wait til they offer lunch!

We drove in late and just wanted some convenient food, and Scout was just what we needed! The food was superb, we got smoked chicken and the salmon and they were both fantastic. The Canyon punch was a fun drink, would have gotten another if we hadn't just driven in. Everything was reasonably priced too. Loved it, we'll come back!
