everything was clean & comfortable. staff were all very friendly and even let us check in a few hours early. they seemed pretty booked judging by the amount of cars in the parking lot but everything was still nice and quiet. affordable and in a pretty good spot - nothing was too far away. mini fridge and microwave both available - hot water and good water pressure. no complaints here. thank you for a lovely stay. :)

This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel/motel. Do not stay here. I arrived and the first thing I noticed were hairs in the bathtub and sink, and the sink was draining slowly. The towels were rough and stained. I was on the ground floor facing the parking lot and the window curtains did not close all the way and there are no blinds. I tried to overlook all of this at first. I went out for dinner and came back, got into bed, and noticed there were a lot of hairs in the bed, the bed smelled like urine, and it was stained. I went back to the bathroom and noticed dried up toothpaste on the sink. I went to the front desk and explained these issues to them. They pointed at the "no pets" sign and I said yes I'm aware but the bed still smells like urine, it must have been a person. They simply did not care. This conversation made me so uncomfortable and I was so grossed out by the room that I did not want to try out another room. They told me I had checked in 4 hours ago and couldn't refund me because of this and usually when people have issues they complain right away or 30 minutes after they arrive. I explained that I first saw some things and tried to overlook them, and then I went out for a while and then came back. They said they couldnt give me a refund or receipt because I booked through Super.com. I said I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card. they were yelling at me and were so unaccommodating and disrespectful. I usually don't write reviews but I had to this time and I would not recommend that anyone stay here. It's truly insane that instead of remediating these issues or trying to do better, the representative for the hotel comments on each negative review as if the customers are all the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Had my 3 children with me and the room was filled with fruit flies, could barely close the bathroom door. On the morning of checkout, I went to the office about 10x looking for someone to ask if it was okay to check out about 15-30 later than the normal time, couldn’t find anyone in sight and also even called from my room and no answer for about 3 min. At 11:15, an older gentleman came to my door that was open since I was loading up my car and stood there asking if I was done yet and that I had exceeded my time there. Felt very comfortable

A very nice, relaxing, comfortable stay in room # 168. The Gentleman at the front desk was kind and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and shower refreshing not like most hotels that lack water pressure. The bathroom was also very clean. Check in and check out was quick which I appreciated. My friend and I will definitely stay again when visiting the Cape. Thank you kindly, Day's Inn By Wyndham in West Yarmouth, Mass!!
