He encountered two obstacles, first he couldn’t get his carrier due to a weight restriction on the bridge to our old neighborhood then Sanat had to help us learn to use the Zelle app to pay our balance. He was extremely patient and helpful. Oh and by the way our car arrived on time and in perfect condition.
