I went to Dr. Moore for tooth pain. They took an X-ray and tapped my tooth as their test. He told me that I needed a root canal because my tooth was cracked, but cracked a way that you could not see on the X-ray. He also said that the tooth was hitting another tooth and that was causing pain. He shaved my tooth down and scheduled a root canal. I had no reason to not believe him as he is the professional. When the root canal was scheduled, it was then that I saw a paper on the side of the receptionists area that said they were not in network with my insurance. They asked specifically if I Delta Dental when I made the appointment, so I thought they were in network. (I should’ve checked before). I called a different dentist the next day to schedule an appointment for an exam. They were able to get me in and the dentist did a cold test, and he said my tooth was absolutely fine. He showed me my X-rays they took and explained I had a sinus infection that was causing my pain. I just needed some medication and did not need a root canal. He had to fix my tooth that was shaved down. I absolutely do not recommend this Dr. Moore’s office. There is no reason to have someone go through a procedure that is completely unnecessary.

Dr Moore is quick and gentle. Holly, Teresa and Deanna are so friendly and they always greet me with a smile. Dr Moore even has this laser that fixes my cavity without a shot, there is no drilling, and my mouth is not numb when I leave. Sounds unreal. I thought so too but I witnessed it. Zero-pain dentistry is real.

Dr. Moore's staff are very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Moore I have had servral crowns and many, many fillings by Dr. Moore over the years and of all the dentist I have been to His work has been superb. He offers the latest in technology and is painless and he is very friendly.

He is a wonderful dentist and all the staffs are friendly and professional. They have a fancy machine that makes the fillings much easier and more comfortable. Highly recommended!
