Terrible service. Although the cork boards were a good price, they delivered a day late and several of the boards were damaged. Some of the cork had been scratched and frames dented. When I then needed to return unused boards, they didn’t first contact to inform when they were coming despite people being at work and not checking schedules. I also informed them when initiating the return that they delivered damaged boards. They then blamed me and refused to refund on that, even though they delivered it damaged.

I ordered from this e-commerce company four days ago, providing enough time for delivery of an item that I really needed on a specific date. But it never arrived. Each day, I've been assured by the contact person that my shipment is en route, yet it's never arrived. The customer service is utterly useless, and to add insult to injury, the delivery men don't even speak English. My money has vanished into thin air without a trace of refund. This whole operation reeks of scam tactics. Avoid at all costs!
