I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie Gunn, my PCP. She is absolutely exceptional - she truly listens, takes the time to follow up, and genuinely works to figure out what’s going on rather than just rushing through an appointment. That level of care makes such a difference and gives me so much confidence in my health. The reception staff is also fantastic - always helpful, professional, and with a great sense of urgency when assisting patients. From start to finish, the entire office makes me feel cared for and supported. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to do for this one. I had one of the worst experiences at this facility. The doctor whose name was Surbjinder Guram was extremely unwelcoming and seemed judgmental. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The only thing he said when I told him my problems was that I am overweight and to eat less food. I got no referral, no feedback, none. I felt rushed and not heard. I felt like he wanted to finish the appointment and leave. One of the worst experiences I had. All of the people seem like they didn’t care. I asked the lady at the front if I can schedule my appointment for that day and she said that there one available at 11 am but when I came back to check in, another lady said it’s not today but the next day. It’s so unprofessional. Never going back to the facility and that doctor. I feel stupid for paying my money and time to get this type of experience. It’s Pathetic.

I have been a patient here for several years, Dr. Mandev Guram has been great. That being said, I cannot say the same about getting a referral from this office. They have neglected to send a referral on a couple occasions. Most recently, when trying to get disability paperwork filled out, they wanted me to make an appointment with the doctor (office visit charge) plus charge $50 fee and $15 for each page. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Excellent experience! Dr Smith provides great care and wants to educate patients as well as treat. World would be better with more like him and his staff! Clean office with minimal waiting time
