I had a couple of intense days at work, so I booked a massage at this place. First and second impressions were good. Friendly, clean, well decorated and well equipped. Then, the deep-tissue massage. Based on my experience, I would rank it a 6/10. Towards the end, the lady is massaging my head with her left hand in a clumsy way for what seems to be forever and I tell myself... "she not doing WhatsApp with her right hand, is she?!" I open my eyes, turn my head and bingo... next to my head was her phone with WhatsApp open. I left tense, irritated, unhappy and felt I got screwed out of what should have been a relaxing time by someone that was more focused on what was happening on their screen, than on the service I was paying for. Conclusion: This massage-therapist made this experience disappointing and I left the place in a much worse shape than I came in.
