We went here today (Oct.5/25) around 3:00pm. It was my first time going here as I always go to St. Catharines. We did start off in St. Catharines but there wait times were not what they showed on line. My husband looked up this hospital and I am glad he did. I have a broken toe but what an experience from start to finish. Everyone was smiling, sensitive, and so very helpful. I would like to thank you all for such wonderful care today. From triage, registering, x-ray tech, nurse, and doctor. You were all so wonderful! Thank you!

Dr Ayoob is fine, Christina his nurse practioner is also good BUT if it's not those two DONT GO. He hired on this new girl who was basically useless. She barely looked at me, told me to talk to the surgeon, but couldn't book me an appointment, I had to call myself and when i asked for his number she wrote MY OWN NUMBER ON A PIECE OF PAPER LOL. She also refused to let me get blood work done and was trying to convince me to get two separate blood tests. We can't be letting someone like this be apart of our health care system, I wish I knew her name, short dark hair with glasses.

Went early in the morning with my daughter. She fell and hurt herself, everyone always says it’s faster in dunnville and we were at our trailer so we came here of course. Well sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hours with a 5 year old in pain is just terrible considering there wasn’t many people here at all and people were coming in after us with minor compared to her and we’re getting let in before us. Brutal. . She was so hungry and there was no way to get her anything. Won’t come back again, I’d rather drive further.

Hello to the entire staff at Haldimand War Hospital. I give you all so many thanks, for giving me the best pleasantries, the best care. I personally want to give extra appreciation to Dr. A Kamouns who took great care of my health. With such grace and a calming smile. Next, I appreciate Jenny H. , Jessica in X-rays, Laurel in the CT department and Kim my attending nurse. I am in awe of all staff. The friendliest smiles and so sweet with all the patients around me. I may not live in Dunville, however it has always felt like 2nd home since a teen. I hope that anyone that enters your facility notices too. I am sure they do☺️ Sorry this was a little late, considering this was just this past January 29/25. Sending you all a fabulous day 🤍
