We were seeking to hire a new CEO to replace retiring long term CEO, We engaged Satori Consulting to help us with this search. We have had some good experience with some past hires with help of Satori Consulting. Sandi Verrecchia of (Satori Consulting) was very professional & seemed to have a good knowledge of our industry and general requirements for the position we were seeking to fill. She then fine tuned it with input from board of directors and management team. She shortlisted the candidates based on agreed requirements and our input then participated and guided us through final interview process. We successfully hired an new CEO with the whole process being timely and smooth. We have also engaged Sandi in the process of an update/reset of our Strategic Plan.

Our organization engaged Sandi for our Board Governance training. This was our first time using Sandi and it was also my first time going through this kind of training with our Board. In one day Sandi facilitated an interesting and knowledgable session. Her confidence and expertise with the subject matter was obvious. She ensured each attendee was engaged and interested.
